This sample demonstrates the differences between LiveControls and their 'Dead'
counterparts. To use the sample simply select the image using the
dropdown and the image will change to your selection.
The left side uses 'Dead' controls while the right uses LiveControls. Try both
and observe the differences in the way the page is rendered.
Note that with the LiveControls, you can use the mouse wheel to cycle through
the images. This is not possible with the 'Dead' controls because the page
refreshes every time the url is changed for the Image control.
